Whew, What a Weekend

Evacuations really aren't that bad, especially not when you aren't being evacuated but you get five college people at your house for days... Lots of fun, food, cleaning and sleep deprivation.
If only I could make some serious z's.
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

*Note the three different pronunciations of W in the title.*

Hmm, that post was very thrilling and educational.

Great Sheila, now you have that song stuck in my head...
"L" is for the way you look at me,
"O" cause you're the only one I see,
"V" is very, very extraordinary,
"E" is even more than anything...blah blah blah

Three cheers for Nat King Cole!

I thought so, Patz. By the way, how in the world did I get that song stuck in your head? And it's actually "O" is for the only one I see. I just looked it up to make sure. Yeah. I have a way better version of that than the Nat King Cole version.

I think I know the version you mean, Shill. I listened to it just today! It was on a tape that Bing made for Claire.

A better version? Done by whom?

And yes, you are right, it is "for."

Well, we were on the subject of letters, alphabets, and the like, and it popped into my head.

Who all was staying at your house? That does sound like fun, but a lot of work. Sheesh.
Mmm...I love that song! Now Patricio, don't get that song stuck in my head! How could you do that to me? Blarst.

Patrick, now you're going to be in trouble for starting something.

*Chortles gleefully*

The worst part is its so repetitve that once you start singing it, you just can't stop.

It's a great song, and for some reason, people always say it reminds them of me... I guess I'm just super-well loved.
Actually, Rose, the TACers (tackers) did much of the work. They were really helpful, or else it would've been a lot of work. I love those people. They're great.
It's not stuck in my head. I guess I'm immune to it now after so many times I have had it "on the brain" as Mom says.

I'm glad that you had fun with them! It was a good thing that they were helpful.
It doens't remind you of me, Shill. But I still love you anyways.

It was me, Sarah, Stephen, Blaise and Carson evacuating to our house. And Sheila, we did MOST of the work. Mmm hmmm... I never was particularly tired from that weekend. I guess with my cold and stuff, I attributed any fatigue to my delicate health. So i took a couple of naps this week, which really helped. Naps are the best things in the world! I love you all. Zenka, you mean the version that's on the newer version of Parent trap with Lindsey Lohan? I like that version too. it doesn't matter if it gets stuck it my head.every time i hear that song i think of singing it with my group and a guy group at MI three or four years ago. *sigh* I miss MI. Palm Sunday weekend will be so cool and I will choose to be a leader this year.

Or are you talking about the "Three Hits and a Miss" version? That is the one you put on my CD. I love it!
