Did you know that nothing in the world gives me more pleasure than having eleven people being crammed around our eight person table? And sitting around in the AM eating breakfast yakking about nothing and just having a grand time with the people you love the most in the world? That's the way it should be...
And that's the way it is. Cowee finally got here on Thursday at eleven thirty (four and a half hours late), because United just decided to reseat him. Claire got in at eight thirty (Deirdre and I got to the little tiny airport and sat around for an hour and a half in the cold), and then we just drove everywhere in Santa Barbara and stopped in at In-N-Out and Taco Bell and finally went back to the airport to get Cowee. And then we spent all day yesterday at TAC. And then we got Iain home as well! I love my family...
So, Happy Thanksgiving! I love you guys, and I'm praying for you!
Love and Indigestion,
Sheiler

Ha ha! Wonderful! I'm so happy for y'all. Eat well... I love ya!
Family and friends are the best things to have in this world...especailly when they're friends that you really love. Like Cowee and Claire, for instance. But I love all of my friends, and God has blessed me with a lot of them.
Love ya'll!
Sheil, I think you mean Tuesday...
Yes, I'm glad you had a marvelous thanksgiving, we had 13 people crowded around two six person tables-pretty crowded.
That's not so bad. That's only one extra person instead of three... :)
Mmm... You know what my favorite part of Thanksgiving is? The fact that the day after thanksgiving there's all this turkey left over and we get to eat all these freakin' good delicious turkey sandwiches. Booyah.
And then wandering on the Ventura Pier watching all these cute surfer boys. Oh yeah... I need no voodoo dolls to do that. Heh heh...
Last night, i really wanted a turkey sandwich but it was like mid-night and i didn't really want to move. But i was really super hungry
So Sheila, I was making pumpkin muffins for Thanksgiving, and I had just finished them, and was putting them into the pans, and I ate a piece of dough...Ha ha ha!!! ;) Guess what I thought of? I love you tons! God bless you, and give Claire and Cowee hugs for me.
Oh, by the way, I'm playing Schubert's Impromtu Op. 142, No. 2 (in A flat). I thought that you would like that, because supposedly you love that piece. I am playing that piece in memory of you, dearest!
Rosie, if thats the Impromtu in A-flat by Schubert I'm thinking of, I love that song! Practice hard!
Besides that, don't you usually play 'in memory' of someone once they have died?
D--n it, Patz, it's a PIECE!!!!!!! Ugh. You are steadily approaching the excrament list here. Gr...
Ha ha! Patrick, yes you are right. And Sheila isn't dead, thank God, but I commemorate it to her. How's that? :)
Sheila!!! You must restrain yourself! Of course you did not say it, but we all know what you implied. Tut tut, child...
Oh, Patty, I will practice hard. And yes, it is a piece. I hope it is the one you like, too!
it snowed here yesterday, and this officially markes the first time we've put up our Christmas lights before December. YES!
First of all, Zenka, you are right. It is a piece...But secondly, I can call it whatever I want! And I can call it a song because I sing it too myself, (along with Bolero, the Habenera from Carmen, and the Flight of the Bumblebee)
And don't you swear at me, young missy...show some respect to your elders...If I was down in California right now, i'd...*censored for there are ladies present*
Well, at least those who claim to be ladies....
Oohhh! burn!
Patrick...ha ha! That was fun. ;) Mmm...Carmen. I love that. I sing that to myself as well. There is this really fun swing version of 'Flight of the Bumblebee' by I don't remember who. The original is better though.
Snow!! Glorious snow! Do you have snow, Patrick? It's supposed to be 18 degrees tonight. Wow-wee.
God bless all of you warm (if you are CA chickens) and cold (if you are Washingtonians), and everyone in between!
Rose, we're not exactly warm down here! It's 47ยบ right now... I'm wearing pj pants and a fleece dressing gown. not going into room. Cold. Brr... I've been freezing all day. We have waaay too many windows in this house. :)
I'm really jealous of your guys snow. Don't flaunt it, please, because I'm really bummed not to be there. It snowed most in history in Everett the year we were in Ireland, and now it's doing it again the year we move to CA. I hate the weather. my only consolations are that it might do it again in January, (wee!!!) and I'll get pu-lenty of snow when I go to Notre Dame, so it's all good. In the meantime, I'd better work on my tan, so I'll stick out like a sore thumb amid all you snow white dyed people when I visit. It's sort of hard to tan when there's no sun and little moon... *sigh* JK.
Shill, you and Deirdz are awfully tan, as I saw in Hermes' pictures. Especially Deirdz. I was like, 'wa-woah.' :)
Ya, that was the first thing I remember when I saw Shil, she is so tan! Good Heavens... Also, you guys are more than welcome to check out MY blog as well!:)
SNOW SNOW SNOW WONDERFUL SNOW!!!
Let it snow, etc., etc...
*Continues to flaunt snow in front of any random Californians who may be reading this*
Speaking of which, Sheila, when are you going to Notre Dame? do you mean attending Notre Dame? or visiting? or do you have realtives/friends who go there?
Do you really tan by the moon? goofball...
You are going to visit us soon, n'est ce pas?
Before I do any visiting/attending, I need to get over this freakin' bug I got from someone. I hate to say this, but I vomited 6 times on Monday night. Well, Tuesday morning, but it's the same thing.
Anyway, I will hopefully be doing both, Patrick. I really want to go to ND, and I probably will if I get in in four years.
And I think I'll be visiting you all the beginning of January, Erika. By the way, your brother got a ghastly haircut. Way too short.
Sheila, about your complaint that it's gone all the way down to 47 degrees:
This morning we managed to get the temperature *inside* the warehouse (That is, where I am for a minimum of 8 hours every day) all the way up to 45ish. And most warm clothing is too bulky to work in.
Please, if you must complain, find something that we hearty Washingtonians can sympathize with. Don't let the inherent wussiness of California get into your system, Spuff.
bite me.
Yes ma'am.
I love you all!
...by the way, Sheila, have you gained much weight lately? ;) You wouldn't be able to fit inside your house if you did! Ha ha! I don't know why that came yo mind, but I am just kidding anyways. God bless you, my dear Shill. =D
*Speaking for Cow*
CHOMP.
ohh nice!!
yeah thats the way it should be. but a little weird i have to say. no im just kidding.
So teshee..or however u spell that haha. HOW ARE Ya?
